HIFU 90

HIFU 90 is our more advanced HIFU platform, delivering ultrasound energy across additional focal lines per pass for more even coverage and a stronger collagen response. It works by heating the SMAS layer to trigger tightening, with more coverage per session.

We apply gel first, then pass the device across the area. Sessions typically take 30 to 60 minutes.

Results build over 2 to 3 months, as with any HIFU treatment. Being honest, the stronger device tends toward a more noticeable single-session result, though we would rather set that expectation properly than oversell it.

HIFU 90 is not suitable if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, have an active skin infection, or have had recent filler in the treatment area. If you are unsure whether it suits you, book a consultation and we will talk it through.

HIFU 90 treatments take place in a private room at each of our clinics. We keep sessions unhurried, talking you through your consultation and what to expect before we begin, and there is no expectation to commit to a full course until you understand what is involved.

FAQs

Am I suitable for this treatment?
HIFU 90 is not suitable if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, have an active skin infection, or have had recent filler in the treatment area. This is not a complete list, so we will go through your medical history thoroughly at your consultation before recommending any treatment.
Can I return to work?
Yes, immediately.
When can I go to the gym?
Wait 24 hours.
How many sessions will I need?
Often a single session gives a visible result, which we will review with you at consultation.
How long do results last?
Results continue improving for up to 3 months, then fade gradually over a year or more.
How much does it cost?
HIFU 9D pricing runs from £150 for Neck, £200 for Lower Face, £250 for Full Face, £275 for Full Face and Double Chin, up to £300 for Full Face and Full Neck. Our HIFU 9D+ tier runs from £300 for Full Face, £350 with Double Chin, up to £380 with Full Neck.

Our practitioners are trained on the HIFU 90 platform at every clinic, and every session is covered by our clinic’s treatment insurance. We do not start a treatment until we are confident it is the right fit for you, which is why every course begins with a thorough consultation.

Consultation

Every HIFU 90 treatment starts with a consultation, where we look at your skin, talk through your medical history and confirm HIFU 90 is the right choice for what you want to achieve. If you go ahead with treatment on the day, the consultation fee is deducted from your first session.
