Acceptance of Terms
By booking a consultation, treatment or product with Derma Care London, whether directly or through a third-party platform such as Treatwell, you agree to these terms. They apply across our West Hampstead, Clapham Junction and Kings Langley clinics.
Bookings & Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Some treatments require a paid consultation before booking; where this applies, the consultation fee is deducted from the cost of your first treatment if you go ahead. Prescription-only treatments, such as anti-wrinkle injections, are only carried out after a consultation with a qualified prescriber who confirms you’re suitable for that treatment.
Liability
Every treatment we perform is covered by our clinic’s treatment insurance. As with any aesthetic treatment, results vary from person to person and are never guaranteed; your practitioner will explain what’s realistic for you at your consultation before any treatment goes ahead. You’re responsible for telling us about any relevant medical history so we can assess your suitability thoroughly.
