Profhilo

Profhilo uses an ultra-pure, high-concentration hyaluronic acid injected at five points on each side, spreading beneath the skin to hydrate broadly and trigger new collagen and elastin, rather than filling one specific line. It is a genuine option across a wide age range, including for clients over 60.

Your practitioner places five injection points on each side of the treated area, which takes 20 to 30 minutes and involves brief mild discomfort. Small bumps at the injection points settle within a day or two.

Most clients have a course of two sessions, four weeks apart. You will notice initial hydration within days, with the fuller bio-remodelling effect visible by six weeks and results lasting around six months.

Profhilo is not suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an active skin infection, or a known hyaluronic acid allergy, and we will take a full history at consultation before starting. Profhilo treatments take place in a private room at each of our clinics. We keep sessions unhurried, talking you through your consultation and what to expect before we begin, and there is no expectation to commit to a full course until you understand what is involved.

Am I suitable for this treatment?
Profhilo is not suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an active skin infection, or a known hyaluronic acid allergy. It works well across a wide age range, including for clients over 60. This is not a complete list, so we will go through your medical history thoroughly at your consultation before recommending any treatment.

The Team

Our practitioners are trained in Profhilo at every clinic, and every session is covered by our clinic’s treatment insurance. We do not start a treatment until we are confident it is the right fit for you, which is why every course begins with a thorough consultation.

Consultation

Every Profhilo treatment starts with a consultation, where we look at your skin, talk through your medical history and confirm Profhilo is the right choice for what you want to achieve. If you go ahead with treatment on the day, the consultation fee is deducted from your first session.
